8 Essential MLM Tips for Filipino Networker

Here are the 8 essential tips that I want to share with you whether you are just starting out or been doing Network Marketing business for quite awhile now.
And they are...

1. Set your GOALS - Setting goals is very important part of success
and a must in every business. It's very hard to accomplish things without definite goals. You can ask yourself what is it that you want to accomplish. Better income? A new car? A new condo? Etc.

Write down your goals and set a target date for reaching it. Divide the time period into blocks of achievement that are reachable. Believe that you can achieve your goals and work consistently toward in accomplishing them and finally, commit to yourself that you will achieve your goals. Success happens to those who are not only persistent in reaching their goals, but to those who make a decision to reach them.

2. Break It Down - If a task is too large for you to handle, it will be much easier to break it down because it is very easy to lose focus when you get overwhelmed with the things that you needed to do and the stuff that you needed to learn. What you can do is break these tasks into smaller bits and pieces. It'll be much easier to concentrate because you will not feel as overwhelmed. An example for this can be putting up a website. This can be broken down into: “Thinking of a website domain name, thinking of a theme for your site, finding out where to buy the domain name, gathering contents for your site and so on.

3. Make a TO DO List - Before going to bed at night, list all the things you want to get done the following day and include also the time you want to do each task. This will provide you a planned approach for your entire day.
                                           
As each task is done, mark it off from your list. Make sure to finish the first task before moving to the next. You’ll be amazed how much easier and organized it is when you work with a TO DO List. It is also good to always keep with you a notebook to list all your appointments, potential prospect, business clients, and referrals, you will be filling that notebook constantly as you move forward with your business

4. Expect NO's - You need to understand that NO's are part of our business and you doesn’t have to take
them personally and let affect you emotionally. Reason why most networkers burnout very easily is because they let the rejections affect them so bad. Business + Emotion = Disaster. A good thing to practice is to put in your mind that every NO gets you closer to a YES. Remember, the yes's are your income. Also remember that"No" does not necessarily mean "No." Often a "No" means more time for them to think and to find out more information about your product or your service. A “No” can also means that your client is not yet convinced that they can trust you.  Assure here by your helpful attitude and your complete honesty, that you want what is best for him or her. They will most likely respect you and do business with you.

5. Have a Positive Attitude - You can start by surrounding yourself with positive things and positive people, and keep yourself away from negative things and try your best not to listen to negative people around you. “Wala kang mapapala kung makikinig ka sa mga Negatibong tao” Don’t get affected by these people. They are dream stealers. I want you to become aware that there is going to be a lot of discouragement, negativity, Crab mentality, Jealousy. Jealous people don’t want you to succeed. Just believe in yourself that you can achieve anything.

My favourite thing to do is read positive books from authors like Napoleon Hill, Dale Breckenridge Carnegie, Rhonda Byrne etc...You can also listen to audios & watch videos that will give you positive feeling. Success in MLM, as in all areas of life is 90 percent attitude and 10 percent aptitude. What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve... Napoleon Hill

6. Never Stop Learning – You need to understand how valuable continuous learning is. You need to continuously feeding yourself new knowledge in order for you to have self growth and business growth. When there is no learning, there is no growth. All successful people keep on learning new skills and constantly increasing their knowledge and that is simply how they become successful. They keep on learning new things, applying it, mastering it and learn another one. Be very curious! Curiosity is one of the foundation blocks of learning.



7. Talk to a Lot of People - I like to encourage people to talk to as many people as they can. Make friends, build relationship and Increase your warm market. You can also learn a lot just by simply talking to a lot of other networker, ask questions, share ideas and learn from their stories and past experiences.


 

8. Know Your WHY - I listed this last because for me,
this is the most important. Know why do you want to have a Network Marketing business and why do you want to be successful. Your Why will greatly affect the actions that you are going to take for you to succeed.  The bigger your WHY, the more you are motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate.

My Why is my family. They are the reason why I wanted to succeed in this industry, to have time freedom and achieve financial freedom so I can spend a lot of time with them and enjoy life.
